The cellar

Once picked, we go through every bunch of grapes with great care to separate the leaves, keeping only the best grapes. After 4 to 5 weeks of maceration and once the juice and the grapes have been separated the wine is transferred into oak barrels to age for 12 to 14 months.

Our wines are then bottled ready to be sold. Our cellars are air-conditioned to a constant 14-15°C, the ideal temperature to keep wine.
